Custom Technologies understands the seriousness and concerns of the COVID-19 outbreak and we want everyone to know that we are following all the guidelines provided by the New Zealand Government and the Ministry of Health.
Our main priority is protecting our Customers, Staff, Families and Friends while still continuing to provide equipment and services to all those who need them.
We are continuing to do business as usual and at this stage all of our Wheelchairs and Standard products can be supplied without any delay, with an exception of some Tarta design products from Italy. We will keep everyone up to date if this situation changes.
Custom Seating and Custom Positioning products require a little more time to ensure they are cleaned and safe for our Clients and our team. We will advise on an individual basis if we have any issues meeting dates and times for these appointments.
As a brief overview:
- All of our equipment is been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected upon receipt and delivery.
- All of our staff are aware of hygiene requirements and carrying out the highest standards of hygiene at our offices, workshops and out in the community.
- We are following all advice from the Government, Ministry of Health and other agency’s we work with.
- We are making sure all team members stay at home if they are even slightly unwell
